Delete your account

You can delete your GlamBrandiaccount and everything in it yourself, at any time. It happens straight away and can't be undone.

Three ways to do it

  1. In the GlamBrandi app

    Open the menu, tap your name at the bottom, then Your data › Delete account.

  2. On the web

    Sign in and open Settings › Your data › Delete account.

  3. By email, without the app

    Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account, and tell you when it's done.

What's deleted

  • Your profile and settings. Name, phone, photo, and every preference you've set.
  • Your trips. Saved trips, drafts, and plans made in GlamAI.
  • Your GlamAI conversations. Every chat, project, and file you shared with GlamAI.
  • Your bag, wishlist, and earned coupons. Including coupons you haven't used yet. They can't be recovered.
  • Your games. Scores, progress, and play history.
  • How you sign in. Your email addresses, password, connected accounts, and every signed-in device.

What we keep

Records of coupons you redeemed or won stay with the merchant's offer, with nothing that identifies you, so their redemption records still add up.

Copies held in our backups are removed as those backups expire. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep each kind of information.

If you signed in with Apple

To remove GlamBrandi from your Apple Account too, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple › GlamBrandi › Stop Using Apple Account.

In the same place — Settings › Your data — you can download everything we hold about you as one file before you delete it.
